Heartnote Talent ("we", "us") is an influencer marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through heartnotetalent.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through our forms or by email.
- Brand inquiry form: your name, company or brand name, website, email address, product type, budget range, campaign goals, timeline and message.
- Creator application form: your name, email address, Instagram and TikTok handles, follower counts, average views, country, fragrance specialties, brands you have worked with, rate range and message.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. Our hosting provider may record basic technical data, such as IP addresses, in server logs for security.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry or application.
- To assess whether a brand and creator are a good fit for a campaign.
- For creators on our roster, to propose you to brands for paid partnerships. We will not share your details with a brand without telling you first.
- To keep records of our business relationships.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to our business email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it or you have agreed to it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. [Edit: add a specific period if you prefer, e.g. 24 months]
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing yaseen@heartnotetalent.com. If you are in Canada, you also have rights under PIPEDA. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
